Councils Committed to Recycling

Illawarra and Shoalhaven residents can rest assured that their Councils are not going to dump their recycling programs despite China’s decision to stop accepting Australian recyclable items each year.

Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) are facilities that are open year round where you can drop off problem household wastes for free!

NSW South Coast Marine Tourism Strategy

ISJO in conjunction with the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, Councils from the South Coast and several government agencies have worked together to develop the NSW South Coast Marine Tourism Strategy covering the area from Helensburgh to the NSW -Victorian border.
