Leading regional collaboration and advocacy across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region
NSW litter reduction target of reducing the volume of litter in NSW by 40% by 2020. The ISJO Board in collaboration with the Department of Premier and Cabinet and State agencies has committed to supporting this target in the Illawarra region. The EPA sponsored Litter - Regional Implementation Program (L-RIP) has been embraced by the ISJO and participating Councils and will be the primary vehicle to deliver litter plans and actions aimed at reducing litter across the region.
